Come join us for a weekend at the University of Iowa Dental School!

Learn about dentistry and become a stronger dental school applicant by applying to the Iowa American Student Dental Association's Summer Pre-Dental Academy.

This weekend academy is designed for students thinking about dentistry and pre-dental students who are planning to apply for dental school. Learn about the career of dentistry and by participating in seminars and hands-on exercises:

• Dental anatomy lesson with a dental school professor

• Waxing a central incisor in the Simulation Clinic

• Impression and cast pouring activity

• Class I preparation and restoration activity in the Simulation Clinic

• Application help sessions
